After a record turnout in 2024, Cycling Santas will be back on Saturday 13th December 2025—with a target of 450 riders highlighting the need for more safe cycling routes in the city centre.
Event Schedule
- 9.00am – Free Dr Bike checks (Cycle Saviours)
- 10.30am – Welcome from Santa & Cycling Citizens
- 10.35am – Emily Darlington MP on cycling in MK
- 10.38am – MK Bicycling Mayor presents Love To Ride awards (sponsored by Madison Cycles, Trek Bikes, John Lewis, MK Council & more)
- 10.45am – Route briefing (Ian Revell, MK Community Foundation)
- 10.50am – Ride sets off from Midsummer Boulevard to MK Rose
- 12.00pm – Finish at Station Square with mince pies & oranges
Important info:
- Register via Love To Ride for competitions.
- Wear warm, bright clothing (waterproofs recommended).
- Groups of ~40 will be led by guide riders in pink hi-viz.
- Riders aged 12+ are responsible for their own safety—Highway Code must be followed.
