The set design is genuinely out of this world. It creates a fully realised pop universe filled with visual flair and gleeful camp.It is the kind of staging that makes you smile as soon as you see it.
The choreography is completely ‘step-tacular’!Every number bursts with high-energy, glossy pop flair and that uniquely joyful steps magic. It never feels like imitation – more like a loving evolution of what fans adore, with just enough tongue-in-cheek humour to keep the audience grinning.

At the centre of it all is Caz (Lara Denning), who delivers a phenomenal performance. Her vocals filled the theatre with power and emotion, giving the audience goosebumps every single time she sang. She anchors the story’s emotional core while still embracing its delightful chaos.
Speaking of chaos, the arrival of a fabulous drag queen bursting out of a freezer might be one of the most wonderfully unexpected moments in musical theatre – and yet is still feels exactly right. If you know, you know.
Ridiculous in the most joyful way, heartfelt when it matters and full of nostalgic sparkle, Here & Now is everything a Steps musical should be.
5, 6, 7, 8 Stars
It was a total tragedy when it came to an end
I can only describe Here & Now as 5, 6, 7, great
It was a foot kickin', finger clickin', leather slappin', hand clappin' hit!
