About MK Pride

Milton Keynes Pride Festival began in 2019, creating a visible and inclusive space for the local LGBTQ+ community. Since then, it has grown into a much-loved event, welcoming thousands of people each year to celebrate diversity, inclusion and community. Supported by volunteers, partners and the wider community, MK Pride remains free to attend, ensuring everyone can enjoy the celebrations. Just a short walk from Campbell Park, Milton Keynes City Centre is the perfect place to make a weekend of it. Enjoy great restaurants, bars, shopping, hotels and attractions, with plenty of Pride events and offers to discover along the way.

Your Guide to MK Pride

What to Do Before, During and After the Festival

Get ready to celebrate love, diversity, community and all things Pride as MK Pride returns to Campbell Park on Saturday 12 September 2026.

Whether you’re travelling into Milton Keynes for the day, making a weekend of it or simply looking for somewhere to eat, drink and celebrate before and after the festival, there’s plenty to discover across Milton Keynes City Centre.

This year’s festival promises to be bigger than ever, with Pride by Day from 12pm to 5:30pm, followed by Pride by Night from 5:30pm until 10:30pm. The free, community-led celebration will bring together live entertainment, community organisations, food and drink, independent traders and plenty of ways to get involved.

Making the most of MK Pride
Start Your MK Pride Day with Breakfast

MK Pride gets underway at 12 noon, giving you plenty of time to enjoy breakfast or brunch in the city centre before heading to Campbell Park.

Choose from The Cosy Club, Bill’s, Fabrice or Wetherspoons for a hearty start, or grab a coffee on the way. You’ll find plenty of options around the station, Midsummer Place, centre:mk and along the route to the park, including Starbucks, Pret, Costa, Hide & Seek, Bogota Coffee and Xpresso Net.

Head to Campbell Park for MK Pride 2026

Once you’re fuelled up, head to Campbell Park for a full day of Pride celebrations.

Gates open at 12 noon, with live music and performances across the Main, Community and Kids Stages, plus a Rainbow Market, community spaces, food, drink and plenty of Pride spirit.

There’s something for everyone, but from 5.30pm, the festival is 18+, with Tulisa headlining the evening celebrations.

Pride by Day and Pride by Night

The 2026 festival is split into Pride by Day and Pride by Night, giving you a full day and evening of celebrations.

Pride by Day runs from 12pm–5.30pm, with family-friendly entertainment, community activities, the Kids Stage and Rainbow Market. From 5.30pm, Pride by Night takes over until 10.30pm, with the evening programme 18+. Under-18s must leave the festival site by 5.30pm.

There’s also a Comedy Stage from 7pm–10pm for even more entertainment into the evening.

Take a Break in the City Centre

If you need to step away from the festival for a little while, 12th Street is just a short walk from Campbell Park and is packed with restaurants and bars.

It’s an easy place to head for a sit-down meal, a drink or a change of scenery before returning to the festival. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants across Milton Keynes City Centre, from casual dining to something a little more special if you’re celebrating with friends.

With MK Pride running until 10:30pm, there’s no need to rush off after the daytime celebrations – you can continue your evening across the city centre.

Travelling to Milton Keynes

Getting to MK Pride couldn’t be easier, with plenty of travel options to suit everyone. If you’re arriving by train, Milton Keynes Central station is just a short walk or bus ride away from the festival site. Those travelling by car can take advantage of the city’s well-connected road network and nearby parking facilities, while local bus routes stop close to the event for a convenient and sustainable option. If you’re walking or cycling, the city’s famous redways and pedestrian-friendly routes make it simple to get there safely while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere building along the way.
