Elmer's Art Parade Trail

Can you find all 12 Elmers around Milton Keynes City Centre? From 11th July to 31st August, Elmer's Art Parade will transform Milton Keynes City Centre into a vibrant outdoor art trail. Discover a herd of colourful Elmer sculptures, each brought to life by a different artist with its own unique design. It's a fun, free activity for families and a great way to explore the city during the summer holidays. Follow the trail, complete the quiz and pick up your trail certificate which will grant you access to an exclusive offer to visit Elmer at Gulliver’s Dinosaur & Farm Park!

Elmer's Trail Map

Choose from two themed Elmer trails through Milton Keynes city centre. The Wilbur Trail (1–7) takes you past popular shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, making it ideal for families and friends looking to combine art discovery with a day out. The Butterfly Trail (8–12) guides you through the city’s beautiful green spaces, gardens and hidden gems, including ponds, sculptures and a relaxing stroll through The Hub. Each trail takes approximately 40–50 minutes to complete (we’ve factored in little legs!). Taking on Elmer’s Big March and visiting all 12 Elmers? Allow around 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete the full route — and don’t forget to stop and refuel along the way!

    Elmer's Big March

    The ultimate adventure, this route combines both trails so you can meet every Elmer sculpture across Milton Keynes. It’s a full city experience, connecting green spaces with the heart of the retail and leisure zones.

    If you are taking on Elmer’s Big March and visiting all 12 Elmer’s allow approximately 1 hr 30 minutes - 2 hrs but don’t forget to stop and refuel along the way!
