Michael Harrison and David Ian are thrilled to announce that their smash-hit production of the musical ANNIE will head out on a UK and Ireland tour, with performances at Milton Keynes Theatre from Tue 21 – Sat 26 Jul 2026. Casting will be revealed soon.
Set in 1930's New York during The Great Depression, the story follows brave young Annie, who is forced to endure a life of hardship at Miss Hannigan’s orphanage. Her fortunes change when she’s invited to spend a magical Christmas with billionaire Oliver Warbucks. But Miss Hannigan has other plans, determined to ruin Annie’s quest to find her true family…
Featuring a Tony Award-winning book and score, this celebrated production showcases iconic songs including ‘It’s the Hard Knock Life’, ‘Easy Street’, ‘I Don’t Need Anything But You’ and the timeless classic ‘Tomorrow’.
ANNIE features music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Martin Charnin and a book by Thomas Meehan. The production is directed by Curve’s Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, with set and costume design by Colin Richmond, choreography by Nick Winston, lighting design by Ben Cracknell, and sound design by Richard Brooker.
